Family Fall Festival

The Family Fall Festival is an annual family event that brings us all together in a carnival atmosphere. Each November we celebrate the Fall season with auction items geared for every family member! It's a great evening filled with fun, food and entertainment. The goal is to bring families together and to help raise money for each teacher's classroom. There will be lots of exciting things to bid on and purchase so make this a part of your Fall tradition.

Visions Auction

The Visions Auction is a wonderful community event that allows people to participate and contribute financially to support the efforts of ECS. The evening is filled with great entertainment, fabulous food, good company, and lots of amazing items to bid on and purchase.

SCRIP

SCRIP is an ongoing fundraiser for the school that is easy to use and doesn't cost you any more than you would have spent on normal purchases. Here's how it works.

Purchase gift cards for many of your most popular shopping and dining businesses, and ECS receives a rebate when you use the card. The cards are on sale in the school office and orders can be placed and gift cards received within a week.

Shopping at the mall, buying groceries, purchasing fuel? Purchase the gift cards ahead of time, make your usual purchases with it, and ECS gains a percentage.

Leave a Legacy

Leave a Legacy Brick is a wonderful opportunity to leave a permanent display on the school campus. Sponsors may purchase a brick for $50 which includes two lines printed with up to 19 characters per line (a space counts as a character). The text of the brick could include a child or family name, a special date, a Scripture or any other imprint.

Catalog Fundraiser

Every year we have a fundraiser in Fall. This year we chose to run a Catalog Fundraiser campaign with the proceeds going to build a new Espresso Stand.

We sold $11,717.60 in product and because of our level of sales, we get to keep 50% of that total. There were also some direct donations given towards the Espresso Stand giving us a profit total of $8,000.

The latest estimate in building a new Espresso Stand is $7,618 not including the electrical or plumbing portion. We intend to begin building the new Espresso Stand before Christmas.

Cookie Dough Fundraiser

Chocolate Chip, White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut, Sugar, and Peanut Butter. Hmmm, do these sound like yummy, tasty cookies? Well they are.

The Cookie Dough Fundraiser is so much fun! Parents and kids love to share with neighbors, co-workers, friends and family members the opportunity to purchase the delicious cookies with the proceeds benefiting the school.

The Cookie Dough Fundraiser will be launched in March with delivery in April.

ECS Missions Window

The Evergreen Christian School has two opportunities a year to share with the Evergreen Christian Community about the need we have for some of our families attending ECS.

The focus is on Tuition Assistance and how it makes such a difference in the lives of parents who wouldn’t be able to send their children to the school to receive a Christ-centered education without the monies given by generous contributors.
