Enrollment Information

ECS Extended Care is open to any students 5-12 years of age. If you are interested in enrolling your student in our Extended Care program please take a look at our Before School Care and After School Care, each program is designed with both students’s and parents in mind. Payment Information:

Before School Care:

  • Full –time care (4-5 days per week) Rate: $90.00 per month
  • Part-time care (2-3 days per week) Rate: $65.00 per month
  • Drop –In daily Rate: $9.00; Punch Card (5 drop-ins) Rate: $45.00

After School Care:

  • Full-time care (4-5 days per week) Rate: $175.00 per month
  • Part-time care (2-3 days per week) Rate: $125.00 per month
  • Drop-In daily Rate: $16.00; Punch Card (5 drop-ins) Rate: $80.00

*The Drop-In punch card for BSC or ASC allows your child to be registered in our Extended Care program and "drop-in" as needed on a prepaid basis. You would have 5 days to drop in during the school year. If needed you may purchase other Drop-In Punch Cards during the year.

Before School Care

Before School Care (BSC) 7:00-8:30am. Parents are required to escort their children (K-age 12) to BSC in room C1 and sign in. Our staff will escort students to classrooms at 8:30am.

  • 8:20-8:30 Clean Up and Line Up
  • 8:30 Escort students to classrooms

After School Care

After School Care (ASC) K - 2 grade group will be picked up in their classrooms by our ASC staff and be taken to room C1 to sign in each day at 3:15pm. 3rd grade - Age 12 group will meet our ASC staff in room C1 to sign in each day at 3:15pm; they will then be escorted to their prospective classrooms. Any unsupervised student, ages 5-12, not picked up by 3:15pm will be escorted to the office and checked into the After School Care Program. The Extended Care daily rate will be assessed for that day.


  • 3:15-3:45 Sign-in / snack time
  • 3:45-4:45 Homework or quiet time
  • 4:45-6:00 Free play / group time / structured activity / outside play (weather permitting)

Parents are required to come to school office in Building A before 6pm to sign out their children from the ASC program. To help facilitate pick-up time and allow children to gather their belongings, parents may call the school office each day before arriving at our school (or just come to our school office) and our staff will escort your child to the school office to meet parents for pick-up.
