Welcome to the information page about Evergreen’s junior high science and math programs. Science: The program is centered on God’s word and teaching scientific principles. In the 7th grade, the emphasis is life science based. The Abeka curriculum is used, supplemented with many labs and activities. One of the highlights of the year is the dissection unit. In the 8th grade, the emphasis is physical science. The Abeka curriculum is used, supplemented with weekly labs. One of the highlights is the tech projects. Algebra: For students who have completed PreAlgebra with at least a B- average. The McDougal Littell text is used.
